Suspect Allegedly Knocked On Door, Shot Man: Worcester Police Seek Suspect
Police are looking for two men, one of whom allegedly shot another as he opened the door to his house.

WORCESTER, MA—Police are looking for two men they say approached an apartment, with one knocking on the door and shooting a man when he answered.
Around 8:48 p.m., police responded to a house on Cambridge Street where a man had just been shot. The man told police that he had answered the door after someone knocked and was shot through the door. The victim, who is 18, was holding his arm and said he didn't know who shot him, said police.
The man heard a knock at the door, went out to the front porch to open it, and when he opened it heard a man call out his name. He acknowledged the man, but then spotted another tucked behind the apartment building. The victim headed back into his apartment when the second male suspect fired a shot, said police.
The victim realized he was hit when he was back inside, and a family member called 9-1-1. The wound was superficial and he refused medical treatment.
The victim said he couldn't provide a description because of the poor lighting outside, and refused to provide any further information.
