Table Talk Lofts In Worcester: Project Goes To Planning Board
The 77-unit building would replace Table Talk's longtime Kelley Square headquarters.

WORCESTER, MA — A proposal to redevelop the Table Talk headquarters in Kelley Square will head to the Worcester Planning Board on Wednesday. The proposal calls for 77 units in a seven-story building, which would be the first development planned over two phases.
The project, dubbed the Table Talk Lofts, would be a mix of affordable and market-rate housing. Developer Boston Capital Development would also construct a new street — Spruce Street — which would be paid for with a MassWorks grant.
Table Talk will soon move its headquarters into a new manufacturing facility on a site near Gardner and Tainter streets.
