Tractor-Trailer Lots Closed On Pike To Allow For Work
These lots will be closed in Charlton on the Mass. Pike for a couple of days to allow crews to work.
CHARLTON, MA—The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) has announced that the tractor trailer parking lots at the service plazas off of I-90 east and westbound in Charlton will be closed during the following times:
· I-90 eastbound: 7 p.m., Tuesday, April 17, through 5 a.m., Wednesday, April 18
· I-90 westbound: 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 18, though 5 a.m., Thursday, April 19
These impacts are necessary to allow crews and contractors to conduct resurfacing operations at this location, said the announcement.
Tractor trailer drivers are encouraged to be mindful of these impacts and seek parking and services at alternate locations. Signage will be in place to notify truck drivers of these closures.
