Want Free Groceries? Worcester Vaccine Clinic Giving Gift Cards
Head to the Worcester Public Library on Wednesday for a COVID-19 vaccine and more.

WORCESTER, MA — Only about 60 percent of Worcester residents have been fully vaccinated against coronavirus. If you still haven't received a shot, you may be able to get one free on Wednesday along with a grocery store gift card.
Worcester will host an equity vaccine clinic on Wednesday at the main public library, 3 Salem Square, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Equity vaccine clinics are for specific populations facing higher barriers to getting the vaccine. Check if you're eligible here.
Wednesday's vaccine clinic will feature $25 gift cards to Price Chopper or Stop & Shop with every shot. There will be another equity vaccine clinic on Friday at the Crompton Park Pool from 2 to 6 p.m.
Can't make Wednesday's clinic? There are several walk-in locations in Worcester to get a vaccine:
- AIDS Project Worcester, 165 Southbridge St. — Fridays 1 to 4 p.m.
- Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center, 19 Tacoma St. — Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to noon
- Family Health Center, 26 Queen St. — Tuesday to Saturday; call 508-860-7700 for info
- UMMHC Mercantile Center, Front Street — Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
