Man Who Died Suspiciously At Shopping Plaza Identified

The 39-year-old was found dead early Friday morning at a shopping plaza along East Main Street.

WEBSTER, MA — A man who died under suspicious circumstances last week at a Webster shopping plaza has been identified.

A passerby found Joseph Bottis, 39, dead at the 114 East Main St. shopping plaza early Friday morning, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph Early Jr. and WHDH.

Early and Webster police have given few other details about Bottis' death. He was found on a bench at the shopping plaza. Early said that Bottis Webster police know Bottis from previous encounters.
