WORCESTER, MA—This Monday, Feb. 19, is Presidents Day, a federal holiday celebrated on the third Monday of the month. George Washington's birthday was on Feb. 22, 1732.

Trash and recycling will be picked up on the holiday-the schedule continues as normal.
