Woman Found Dead, Man Charged With Murder In Leominster

LEOMINSTER, MA—A woman was found dead in a State Street apartment in Leominster early Sunday morning and her boyfriend was arrested and charged with murder, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.

The woman, who was visiting 25 State St., Apt. C, was declared dead at the scene by a paramedic. The victim’s name is being withheld until her family is notified.

Jose Cortes, 58, State Street, Leominster, was arrested and charged with murder. He will be arraigned Monday in Leominster District Court.
