Christmas Tree Dropoff is Open, and Pickup is Available, for Worcester Residents
Here's where you can dispose of your Christmas tree. Sad, we know. The high schools are also offering a pickup program.

WORCESTER, MA — Worcester residents can dispose of their Christmas trees at select dropoff sites in the city through Sunday, Jan. 8.
The Drop-Off Sites Are:
- Millbury Street - Formerly Ballard Street, next to the VFW Post.
- Chandler Street - In the parking lot across from Foley Stadium.
- Clark Street - Near the East Mountain Street intersection.
Hours:
8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday and Sunday (only Millbury Street Site is open Sundays)
Christmas trees will not be collected at the curb. No yard waste will be accepted at the sites, only live Christmas trees.
However, if you want your Christmas tree picked up at the curb, that can be arranged. Help support the Worcester Crew Team with your donations. The crew team is coming around your neighborhood on Jan. 7 to pick up your Christmas Tree and bring to the DPW.
Suggested Donation $10.00 - $20.00 per tree
