Worcester Declares Winter Parking Ban Ahead Of Snow
The ban will begin at 6 p.m. on Wednesday and end at 10 a.m. on Thursday.
WORCESTER, MA- The city has declared a winter parking ban starting at 6 p.m. on Wednesday effective until 10 a.m. on Thursday.
Snow is expected overnight in the area. Under a declared parking ban there is no parking on either side of the main roads, bus routes or downtown streets. Parking is only permitted on the odd numbered side of the streets unless otherwise posted.
If you're having trouble finding a spot, public parking garages will be open for free until the ban is lifted. Cars found parked in the street are subject to towing and ticketing.
