Imagine putting on a pair of headphones, closing your eyes, leaving the outside world behind and giving yourself permission to simply breathe. 9D Breathwork is an immersive breathwork experience that combines intentional breathing techniques with a carefully designed soundscape delivered through headphones. Depending on the journey, the experience may incorporate guided coaching, visualization, hypnotic-style suggestions, binaural audio and other sound-based techniques designed to create a deeply immersive environment for self-exploration and reflection. But you don't need to understand all of the technology to experience it. You simply need to show up and breathe. Each journey is different. Some are designed around themes such as letting go, stress and anxiety, self-worth, reconnecting with yourself, emotional release or deep relaxation. And every person's experience is uniquely their own. You may feel emotional. You may feel peaceful. You may gain a new perspective. You may laugh, cry, reflect—or simply enjoy giving yourself permission to disconnect from everything else for a little while. There is no "right" way to experience a journey. WORCESTER, MA — A Worcester market owner is facing charges following a lengthy police investigation prompted by neighborhood complaints, police said. Julio Abreu, 60, is facing multiple charges after officers found synthetic marijuana, alcohol and flavored tobacco inside A&amp;C Market, 6A Boylston St., around 11 a.m. on Friday. Police said officers found multiple bags containing K2, also known as synthetic marijuana, which is classified as a Class C substance. Officers also seized a digital scale they said was consistent with drug distribution and $3,144 in cash. Numerous boxes of flavored tobacco products and vapes were found during the search, along with several containers of alcohol, police said. The market does not have a liquor license or an exemption allowing it to sell flavored tobacco products, according to police.
