Worcester People, Tell Us Your Story And News

Worcester Patch wants to profile local people doing interesting things. That means you!

WORCESTER, MA— Any doctor will tell you that most social situations involve a conversation where someone asks about an ailment, or a condition. Lawyers get a barrage of questions, too. And journalists inevitably hear, "Oh man, you should write a book on me. Have I got some stories."

Well, we do want to hear those stories.

While it might not be the next best-selling novel, everyone does have a story. Perhaps you collect Pez dispensers and have the biggest amassment this side of the Mississippi. Maybe you're a musician, a comedian or an artist, or you know how to juggle fiery swords. Did you take some great shots of a show this past weekend? It could be that you invented something really neato, or you're a student who excels. Or maybe you are a cancer survivor, a volunteer, grew up in foster care or survived bullying and want to help others.

Again, everyone has a story, and we mean you.

Patch is a community affair, with people from Worcester contributing to the site and communicating with us about the folks, places and news that give the town color.

So, we remind you, we want to hear from you. You are probably a story. So tell us about it. Don't be shy.
