Worcester Police Arrest Suspected Bloods Gang Member
Police said the man threatened to kill a pregnant woman and has posted several photos of himself with guns on social media.

WORCESTER, MA — Worcester Police Department's Gang Unit teamed up with state police to arrest a Worcester man who is a suspected member of the Bloods gang. State police said the man, identified as Kiosnel Pineiro made threats to kill a pregnant woman and had an outstanding warrant for missing a court appearance for drug dealing charges.
Worcester and state police arrested Pineiro outside of Hope Cemetery in Worcester, where he was attending funeral services for a relative. Troopers were tipped off that he would be attending services at the cemetery and funeral home and set up surveillance there. State police said Pineiro was arrested after the services ended.
State police said along with the threats against the pregnant woman, Pineiro had several pictures of himself with guns posted on social media. The previous drug charges were the result of Pineiro selling drugs to an undercover state police trooper in 2017.
