Depending on the journey, the experience may incorporate guided coaching, visualization, hypnotic-style suggestions, binaural audio and other sound-based techniques designed to create a deeply immersive environment for self-exploration and reflection. But you don't need to understand all of the technology to experience it. You simply need to show up and breathe. Each journey is different. Some are designed around themes such as letting go, stress and anxiety, self-worth, reconnecting with yourself, emotional release or deep relaxation. And every person's experience is uniquely their own. You may feel emotional. You may feel peaceful. You may gain a new perspective. You may laugh, cry, reflect—or simply enjoy giving yourself permission to disconnect from everything else for a little while. There is no "right" way to experience a journey. WORCESTER, MA — A Worcester man has been indicted on a murder charge following a deadly July 5 shooting, according to the Worcester County District Attorney. LeRoy Thompson Jr., 25, is also facing charges of reckless endangerment, carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a loaded firearm without a license and possession of ammunition without an FID card. Thompson shot Joshua Lopez, 24, on July 4 in front of an Almont Avenue home, according to prosecutors. The two were apparently arguing about the payment of a restaurant bill. Lopez died of his injuries July 6. His was the fourth homicide in Worcester in 2020, and the second over the July 4 weekend.
