Take a Breath With Dawn - 9D Breathwork

Wellness After Dark For Many Different Ways to Help You Heal Every Thursday Night At The Pachaug Center, Auburn, MA More Than Breathwork. An Experience for Your Mind, Body & Soul. Imagine putting on a pair of headphones, closing your eyes, leaving the outside world behind and giving yourself permission to simply breathe. 9D Breathwork is an immersive breathwork experience that combines intentional breathing techniques with a carefully designed soundscape delivered through headphones. Depending on the journey, the experience may incorporate guided coaching, visualization, hypnotic-style suggestions, binaural audio and other sound-based techniques designed to create a deeply immersive environment for self-exploration and reflection. But you don't need to understand all of the technology to experience it. You simply need to show up and breathe. Each journey is different. Some are designed around themes such as letting go, stress and anxiety, self-worth, reconnecting with yourself, emotional release or deep relaxation. And every person's experience is uniquely their own. You may feel emotional. You may feel peaceful. You may gain a new perspective. You may laugh, cry, reflect—or simply enjoy giving yourself permission to disconnect from everything else for a little while. There is no "right" way to experience a journey. At Take a Breath, my role is to create a welcoming and supportive environment, guide you through the experience, and give you the space to discover what your own journey has to offer. You Don't Have to Be "Good" at Breathwork. You don't need experience. You don't need to know how to meditate. You don't need to be flexible, spiritual or have everything figured out. You just need to be willing to take the first breath. Come as you are. Put on the headphones. Close your eyes. And Take a Breath. I Also Offer Private Appointments for You, Your Business or Anyone in Need in MA, CT and RI. 9D Breathwork is a wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis or therapy.

WORCESTER, MA — One lucky Massachusetts Lottery player won a large prize after buying a ticket in the city. A winning $100,000 ticket was purchased at Popcorn Market at 179 Belmont St. in Worcester on Friday. The prize was won from the Massachusetts State Lottery's "MassCash" game. To win, players must match three or more of their five chosen numbers to the numbers drawn. Matching all five numbers earns the game's top prize of $100,000. The odds of winning the top prize in Mass Cash are one in 324,632, according to the State Lottery. Drawings are held daily. The state lottery commission did not share who won the prize, but retailers that sell a winning ticket typically receive a bonus from the Lottery. The lucky ticket comes in the same week that two winning tickets, each winning $100,000, were sold in Worcester. One ticket was sold at Lincoln Discount Liquors on Lincoln Street, and another was sold at a Family Farms location in the city. The Massachusetts State Lottery publishes a daily list of winning tickets sold throughout the state on its website.
