Imagine putting on a pair of headphones, closing your eyes, leaving the outside world behind and giving yourself permission to simply breathe. 9D Breathwork is an immersive breathwork experience that combines intentional breathing techniques with a carefully designed soundscape delivered through headphones. Depending on the journey, the experience may incorporate guided coaching, visualization, hypnotic-style suggestions, binaural audio and other sound-based techniques designed to create a deeply immersive environment for self-exploration and reflection. But you don't need to understand all of the technology to experience it. You simply need to show up and breathe. Each journey is different. Some are designed around themes such as letting go, stress and anxiety, self-worth, reconnecting with yourself, emotional release or deep relaxation. And every person's experience is uniquely their own. You may feel emotional. You may feel peaceful. You may gain a new perspective. You may laugh, cry, reflect—or simply enjoy giving yourself permission to disconnect from everything else for a little while. There is no "right" way to experience a journey. WORCESTER, MA — A 16-year-old from the Worcester area was one of two teens killed in a shooting in Dorchester on Sunday, according to Boston police. Dante Carlor was shot just before 5 p.m. on Sunday along Wildwood Street in a neighborhood just north of Mattapan. The other victim was identified as K'Shaun Webster, 17, of Dorchester. Boston police said that Carlor was from Sutton. Boston police had not made any arrests in the double-homicide as of Tuesday evening, and the shooting was still under investigation. A vigil for Carlor, whose nickname was "Chop," was held Tuesday evening in Worcester near Hawley and Piedmont streets. Carlor's aunt, Jerelle Spencer, <a href="https://www.masslive.com/worcester/2020/07/dante-carlor-16-year-old-worcester-teen-slain-in-boston-was-at-the-wrong-place-at-the-wrong-time-says-aunt-at-vigil.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">told MassLive</a> her nephew was in the "wrong place at the wrong time."
