Worcester Voters Head To Polls For 2024 State Primary
Early voting has concluded as the state primary is coming up Tuesday.

WORCESTER, MA — Worcester voters will head to the polls for the state primary election Sept. 3 to determine candidates for federal, state, and local offices. Polls open statewide at 7 a.m. Tuesday and close at 8 p.m.

The ballot is fairly thin across the state with the majority of state representative, state senator, and federal legislator elections uncontested at the primary level.
Locally, there are only a few contested elections. There are several contested Democratic primaries for State Committee man and woman in Worcester-area districts.
