Postponed: Worcester's Annual 4th of July Fireworks, Celebration
It's the annual live music and fireworks event in East Park. Get your parking spot, and spot on the field, early.

East Park on Shrewsbury Street opens on Saturday, July 2, at 4 p.m. with Kids Korner activities and food vendors. A ceremonial flag raising will begin the festivities at 7:40 p.m. followed by a performance by the acclaimed Massachusetts Symphony Orchestra as part of their Summer Concert Series at 8 p.m.
A dazzling fireworks display at 9:30 p.m. will light up the sky with a brilliant show.
Note: the celebration/fireworks were originally scheduled for Friday, July 1, but was postponed due to the forecast.
