Life force energy is something feeds us all individually as well as collectively. In lives around us, within us, and sustains us. Yoga is a but one method to move the body's energy through breath and asana while Reiki is another means to move energy through conscious touch. Both Yoga and Reiki contain elements that enable practitioners to expand themself physically, mentally, and energetically. This workshop will give a basic primer on the body's energy, how it responds to both yoga and Reiki and take participants through a gentle yoga flow while receiving Reiki throughout the class. All levels welcome.
