Lowe's of Plainville, invites children to stop by at 10:00 am to build a Fortune Teller Kit. Once built, ask a question, shake up the kit and look inside for the answer. The first 50 children to register and be present at the store at 10:00 am will receive a kit, aprons and goggles.
