Fatal I-495 Crash In Franklin
A man was killed in a crash on Interstate 495 in Franklin Saturday, state police said.
FRANKLIN, MA — A man was killed in crash on Interstate 495 in Franklin Saturday morning, according to state police. The victim was a 24-year-old from Providence, Rhode Island. His name was not released.
Police said the man was driving a 2011 white Toyota on the northbound side of the highway around 5:15 a.m. when he veered out of a lane and struck an arrow board. The vehicle rolled over in the median. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is being withheld pending family notification.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
