Kittens Found Abandoned In Hot Carrier On I-495
Police pulled no punches in a message to the culprit: "turn yourself in or get the help you obviously and desperately need."

WRENTHAM, MA – Five kittens were found abandoned this week on the side of I-495, the Wrentham Police Department said. The animals, about 3-4 weeks old, were spotted Tuesday in an overheated crate. They faced "certain death if not for the good samaritans who came to the rescue," according to police.
The department is looking for the person or persons responsible for leaving them on the side of the road.
"If you are the one who dumped these innocent little kittens on the side of 495, turn yourself in or get the help you obviously and desperately need," Wrentham police wrote on Facebook. "Also...if you know who did this, you’re just as guilty if you’re silent. Speak up and prevent it from happening again. Someone knows about five little kittens that 'disappeared.'"
