Man Hit and Killed by Train in Franklin [UPDATE]
Authorities responded to the incident around 4:20 p.m.

FRANKLIN, MA — A man in his 20s was struck and killed by a commuter rail train in Franklin Saturday, according to MBTA Transit Police.
Authorities received a radio dispatch call around 4:20 p.m. for a person possibly struck by an MBTA train in Franklin, a release from transit police said.
A 26-year-old male was struck by an outbound train on the Forge Park line "while trespassing on the right of way," police said. He died as a result of the injuries sustained in the incident.
