From Town Planner Paige Duncan  Wrentham is at a crossroads with respect to downtown. It is a vibrant and attractive area and the redevelopment of the 50+ acres that was formerly the Tyco/Crosby Vale site could have a major effect on the downtown.  At the Visioning Workshop, we hope to hear from the residents and business owners of Wrentham on how they would like their downtown to look in the future.  The vision we develop during the Workshop will guide planners and government officials in drafting zoning and other regulations to shape the future development of not just the 50 acres, but downtown as a whole. The Visioning Workshop will be facilitated by the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) and it is funded by a District Local Technical Assistance grant to the Town. Please plan to attend Tuesday the 27th. We need your ideas and suggestions!
