Simon Announces New General Manager at Wrentham Village Premium Outlets

Simon Property Group Inc., the global leader in retail real estate ownership, management and development, announced today that Kristen Murdica has been named the General Manager at Wrentham Village Premium Outlets in Wrentham, Massachusetts

In Murdica’s role as General Manager at Wrentham Village Premium Outlets, she will be responsible for financial, marketing and operational performance of the center while managing day-to-day operations, creating and implementing annual operating budgets, overseeing local leasing, and lease administration. She will also manage maintenance, housekeeping, security, and marketing. Murdica will lead a team who will drive sales and traffic to the center while maximizing the customer’s shopping experience through a safe, friendly, clean, well maintained, and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Murdica has been with Simon since 2013 where she served as the General Manager at Gloucester Premium Outlets in Blackwood, New Jersey, and prior to that, General Manager at Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets in Clinton, Connecticut, performing the same roles and responsibilities that she will be fulfilling at Wrentham Village Premium Outlets. Murdica graduated from Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts and received her MBA from the University of Hartford in Hartford Connecticut. Murdica resides in Newton, Massachusetts.
