3 Detroit Wing Company Locations In Southeast MI Temporarily Close
Company officials said they could not comment on the specifics of the closings.
SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN — Three Detroit Wing Company locations in southeast Michigan temporarily closed, according to company officials.
Detroit Wing Company restaurants in Davison, Grand Blanc and Oxford abruptly shut down. Social media posts said some employees were given little to no warning before being laid-off.
Company officials said they could not comment on the specifics of the closings, but said the corporate office is working with the franchisee locations to reopen them as soon as possible.

Officials also said employees who were impacted by the closing can work at a different location and were encouraged to reach out to corporate offices.
Detroit Wing Company is known for their fresh, natural, bone-in and boneless chicken wings that are served with a choice of nearly two dozen sauces, including lemon pepper and teriyaki.

Detroit Wing Company opened their first restaurant in Eastpointe in 2015. Since then, they've grown to 31 corporate and franchise-operated locations, including Michigan, Florida, Indiana and Ohio.
