Hell is for sale. No, not that hell — we're talking about a chunk of land near Pinckney, Michigan, in Livingston County.

The popular tourist town is listed by Swisher Commercial Properties for $625,000.

The listing includes just over seven acres of land, two commercial buildings, a wedding chapel, mini-golf course and more. The sale also includes the sale of HellMi LLC.

"This is an extremely creative and multifaceted business with literally ten different mini-income sources accomplished on-site," the listing says.

One of the buildings included in the sale is the Screams Souvenirs from Hell and Helloween. Inside the shop, you'll find hilarious T-shirts and clothing, mugs/glassware, and many more souvenirs from Hell, including Halloween items all year long.

The buyer will also acquire the Creamatory ice cream parlor, where you can earn your "death certificate" by eating the Gravedigger Sundae.

There's also the famous wedding chapel, Hell’s Chapel of Love, which has drawn couples from across the state.

"A marriage that starts in Hell has nowhere to go but up!" is the chapel’s slogan.

The buyer would also be able to send mail through the local post office, which stamps "Been Thru Hell" on every piece of mail.

Other properties included in the sale are the Locks of Love bridge, where people can place a lock and throw away the key into Hell Creek, and the Scattering Yard, where people can scatter their loved ones’ cremains.

Though up for sale, and not for the first time, officials said the town is still open and encouraged guests to visit.

Guests can even be mayor for a day, or even just an hour. In 2022, a California cat with wide eyes and big feet was mayor for the day.

"Hell is a quirky, must-visit destination known for its devilish humor and playful attractions," the state tourism website said. "Whether you're here for laughs, photo ops, or the novelty of saying, 'You've been to Hell and back,' this offbeat town offers a memorable and entertaining experience."
