LAFCU named 2026 Best Place to Work for Career Growth

LAFCU has been named a 2026 Best Place to Work for Career Growth by Best Companies Group, a national recognition honoring employers that support employee advancement and long-term career development.

The Best Companies Group honor is based on employee survey feedback and recognizes U.S. employers that provide meaningful professional development, clear opportunities for advancement and sustained support for employee growth.

Survey responses also emphasized the practical support employees receive. Team members said LAFCU provides the tools they need to succeed, invests in employees’ education and fosters open communication, teamwork and inclusivity.
