Gas Prices Up 12 Cents Monday Across MI: AAA
Gas prices across Michigan are on the rise again, according to AAA.
MICHIGAN — Gas prices across Michigan are on the rise again, according to AAA.
Gas prices across Michigan were up 12 cents Monday morning from last week, according to AAA.
Michigan drivers paid $3.70 for a gallon of regular gas, 12 cents higher than last week and 17 cents more than this same time last month, according to AAA.

Drivers across the state also paid roughly $55 for a full 15-gallon tank of gasoline, which is about $3 lower than the highest gas price in 2023, which was in last August, according to AAA.
"Michigan motorists are once again seeing higher prices at the pump with the state average hitting a new 2024-high," AAA Spokeswoman Adrienne Woodland said in a statement Monday. "If crude oil prices rise, alongside tight supply, gas prices may continue to rise."

Gas prices across metro Detroit also increased Monday, according to AAA.
Drivers across metro Detroit paid $3.64 for a regular gallon of gas Monday morning, roughly four cents more than last week and 13 cents more than the same time in 2023, according to AAA.
The most expensive places to get gas were in Jackson at $3.81 per gallon, Lansing at $3.79 per gallon and Saginaw at $3.78 a gallon, according to AAA.
The cheapest places to get gas were in Marquette at $3.59 per gallon, Metro Detroit at $3.64 per gallon and Benton Harbor at $3.71, according to AAA.
