Gas Prices Rising MI, Up 14 Cents From Last Week: AAA
Gas prices are rising again across Michigan to start April, according to AAA.

MICHIGAN — Gas prices are rising again across Michigan to start April, according to AAA.
Michigan drivers paid an average of $3.51 for a regular gallon of gas Monday morning, a 14 cent spike from last week and 21 cents more than this time last month, according to AAA.
Gas prices in metro Detroit are also rising, as drivers paid $3.48 for a gallon of regular gas, a six cent spike over the past week, according to AAA.

"The month of April has ushered in higher gas prices for Michigan drivers," AAA-The Auto Club Group Spokesperson Adrienne Woodland said. "If demand continues to rise, pump prices will likely follow suit."
The most expensive places to get gas in Michigan were Benton Harbor ($3.59), Jackson ($3.57) and Saginaw ($3.55). The least expensive places to get gas were in Metro Detroit ($3.49), Traverse City ($3.52) and Flint ($3.52).
