Herman Miller Reports Revenue Of $604.6 Million
Analysts surveyed by Zacks had expected revenue of $556 million.

ZEELAND, MI — Herman Miller, a furniture-making company, posted revenue of $604.6 million in the second quarter on Wednesday.
It also reported fiscal second-quarter net income of $33.5 million.
On a per-share basis, the Zeeland, Michigan-based company said it had net income of 55 cents. Earnings, adjusted for restructuring costs, were 57 cents per share.

The For the current quarter ending in March, Herman Miller said it expects revenue in the range of $565 million to $585 million. Analysts surveyed by Zacks had expected revenue of $556 million.
Herman Miller shares have risen slightly more than 6 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $36.38, an increase of 1.5 percent in the last 12 months.
