Michigan's skies will be mostly sunny Monday before clouds move in during the nighttime hours. There will be chances for thunderstorms Tuesday across most of the state, including the Detroit area, according to the National Weather Service.

The planets will remain visible throughout June. Additionally, Mercury and a crescent moon will pass Jupiter and Venus, creating a must-see planetary alignment on June 16-18.
