Michigan Gas Prices Continue Falling
Gas prices across Michigan dropped again Monday morning, falling 15 cents since last week, according to AAA.
MICHIGAN — Gas prices across Michigan dropped again Monday morning, falling 15 cents since last week, according to AAA.
Michigan drivers paid an average of $4.04 for a gallon of regular gas, 15 cents cheaper from last week, but still 80 cents higher than last year, according to AAA.
Drivers paid an average of $60 for a full 15-gallon tank of gasoline, about $9 from 2021′s highest price last November.

"Michigan motorists continue to see pump prices decline with some metro areas across the state seeing averages below $4 a gallon," AAA-The Auto Club Group Spokesperson Adrienne Woodland said. "If demand continues to remain low, as oil prices slide, drivers could see pump prices continue to come down."
Gas prices in the Metro Detroit area also fell Monday morning to an average of $3.92, which is 16 cents cheaper than last week, according to AAA.
