As a new industry partner, Smile America Partners will contribute to initiatives promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across the dental sector. Through events, mentorship, and collaborative projects, the company is dedicated to empowering women professionals and paving the way for their success.

"Although I just recently joined Smile America Partners, I quickly learned the value we bring as an organization to our local communities,” said Kendra Flowers, vice president of clinical excellence at Smile America Partners. “It takes an incredibly dedicated team to do what we do, and supporting our talented women not only fosters their personal growth but strengthens the industry and the communities we serve. Our dental team goes where children are most in need of dental care, and that can sometimes be a challenge. We want to provide special support to these professionals so they may continue making this special impact.”
