BHS to Present U.S. Premiere of Cantata Based Anne Frank's Life

The BHS choir and full symphony orchestra will present the U.S. premiere of "My Name is Anne Frank: A Cantata," in partnership with the Holocaust Memorial Center in Farmington Hills.

The Berkley High School choir and award-winning full symphony orchestra will be performing the U.S. premiere of the cantata “My Name is Anne Frank” on Tuesday, May 7 at 7 p.m. at Berkley High School in partnership with the Holocaust Memorial Center in Farmington Hills.

The cantata was composed by Volker Blumenthaler, with lyrics by Alexander Gruber. The concert is free, however, those interested in attending must have tickets in advance. If you wish to receive tickets, please contact the Berkley School District board office at 248-837-8095.
