Congregation Beth Shalom hosts a free mother-daughter spa day Sunday, Feb. 12, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The event will be held at the synagogue, 14601 W. Lincoln Road, Oak Park, and is open to the community.
Mothers and their daughters, grades one-four, are invited to take part in this Sunday afternoon treat. Mothers and daughters will be pampered with manicures, yoga and tasty smoothies. They will also have fun creating their own flip flops out of duct tape. Participants should bring their favorite colored duct tape to share.
