How to Create Delicious Allergy-Free Meals

Got allergies? You’re not alone! Fifteen million Americans have food allergies, and millions more react to airborne allergens like pollen, dander, and dust. During this class, we’ll address common food allergies (such as soy, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, and dairy) and how you can enjoy tasty, healthy meals free of the ingredients that you need to avoid. SinceΒ pursuing an anti-inflammatory lifestyle can often alleviate allergies of all kinds, we’ll also talk about how you can upgrade your overall food choices to enhance your overall health, whether you’re allergic to food or Fido. Please note: if you have a wheat allergy, that specific allergy will be addressed during β€œThe (Gluten-Free) World Beyond Wheat” class.

Please call Southfield Parks & Recreation at (248) 796-4620 to register for this class. Class fee is $30.
