Local Business Owners 'Bless' Kids During Trick-or-Treating
Blessed Inspirations owners say that during Detroit metro's challenging times, it's better to bless than scare kids at Halloween.
In the spirit of Halloween, brothers and co-owners of Blessed Inspirationals, Steve and Robert Zimberg, gave special treats to all the ghouls and goblins.
Each time the doorbell rang to their homes in Oak Park and Huntington Woods, and after the threatening dogs did their yelping, everyone got a custom, glow in the dark, zipper pull with a special message.

“Many think the phrase is a religious thing, but they are very educational and promote self esteem," said Steve Zimberg. "Even with the rain, we gave out about 300 zipper pulls and a few 'I’m a cool kid' pencils."

“Kids love our simple products because it makes them feel special. Parents love them because of their educational message," Robert Zimberg said. "Together, we are making a positive difference in the lives of our youth.”
