Weekend Planner: It's Showtime!
Catch teen production "Project X: The Musical" on Friday at Norup International School or comedy act The Laugh Riot Dolls on Saturday at O'Mara's Restaurant, among other attractions.

There's something to keep everyone entertained this weekend in the Berkley and Huntington Woods area, including music, comedy, glitz and jewelry.

- Why go: The Tim Machine explores life on Earth in three eras and examines how much our world changes and grows – or doesn't – through the eyes of an octogenarian named Tim, who invents a time machine in the year 2052.

- Why go: Keb' Mo' is a three–time Grammy Award winner for Best Contemporary Blues Album and a key figure in the 2003 PBS series Martin Scorsese Presents The Blues. His 2011 album, The Reflection, features songs that have "a deep emotional connection and show Keb to be a master at blending blues, jazz, r&b and soul through melody and rhythm," according to his website. With special guest Anders Osborne.
