13 Seek 4 Seats on Birmingham City Commission
'Road diet' fuels interest in local election. Also, here's how to find your polling place and other information about Nov. 3 election.

Thirteen candidates are running for four four-year terms on the Birmingham City Commission in Tuesday’s election.
Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Find your polling place here.
Fueling the the interest in the election was a vote for a controversial measure called the “road diet” to reduce West Maple Road from four roads to two, and efforts to rezone some single-family lots near downtown for commercial or multifamily use, the Detroit Free Press said.
