4 of Birmingham's Top Chefs 'Clash' at Farmers Market
Participants in the "Chef Clash" will prepare two dishes in competition for bragging rights as 2016 Birmingham Farmers Market Master Chef.

Birmingham, MI — Top chefs from Birmingham restaurants will go head-to-head in a Chef Clash later this month at the farmers market.
The Chef Clash takes place from 10 am.-noon Sunday, June 26, at the Birmingham Farmers Market. They'll vie not only for prizes, but also for bragging rights as the 2016 Birmingham Farmers Market Master Chef.

- Chef Nick Geftos from Tallulah Wine Bar and Bistro;
- Chef Chris Gadulka from Toast;
- Sous Chef Beau Howe from Au Cochon; and
- Chef Adam Galloway from The Bird & The Bread.
The chefs will prepare two dishes (one savory and one sweet) and will be required to include mystery ingredients revealed during the event. Special judges will select the winner.

The market also offers a hometown experience that’s fun for all ages, with fresh prepared foods, live music, a children’s craft area and more.
