Birmingham, Michigan – Law Firm of Victoria is proud to announce that the firm has added two new employees to its team in Birmingham. Janet (Jay) Williamson has joined the team as an associate attorney and Emilia Rauckis as a legal secretary. Representing women only, Law Firm of Victoria specializes in divorce and other family matters.

Williamson, the law firm’s new associate attorney, has a BA in Communications and Journalism from Oakland University, where she graduated Cum Laude with departmental honors. She received her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 2008. Williamson is committed to women’s rights in all areas of life and is passionate about adoption issues in the State of Michigan.

Williamson realizes that families need compassionate, professional legal counsel. She believes that each divorce or issue is different and that all clients deserve personal, particularized attention. Being divorced herself, Janet relates to the emotions and financial concerns of her clients. She wouldn’t want to practice anything other than family law.
