Experience the calming and restorative sounds of Tibetan singing bowls during this unique evening of meditation at Berkley First (2820 12 Mile Road, Berkley, MI). Crafted from a blend of metals, the bowls create rich, resonant tones whose sustained vibrations encourage deep relaxation and support a meditative state. Our large collection of singing bowls will be played intuitively by a group of women, creating a peaceful and immersive sound experience.
Settle in, breathe deeply, and allow yourself time to simply rest and listen. Comfortable chairs will be provided, or you are welcome to bring a yoga mat or blanket if you prefer to lie on the floor.
A complimentary yoga class will follow at 7:15 p.m. for anyone who would like to participate.
