Four Story Burger! Opens in Birmingham

A new restaurant has opened in Birmingham's Palladium Building, next to the Emagine movie theater.

BIRMINGHAM, MI — If a burger and a movie is on your date-night plan, you can get both in Birmingham. The city’s newest restaurant — Four Story Burger! — opened in the fourth floor of the Palladium Building, next door to the Emagine movie theater.

Oakland County caterer Annabel Cohen opened the restaurant in the space formerly occupied by Ironwood Grill. The signature item on the menu is the Four Story Burger, described on the restaurant website as “an honest, tasty sandwich.”

What does that mean? It’s made of fresh Angus beef, cheddar cheese, butter-glazed onions, mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce and tomato, served between a a freshly baked Crispelli sesame bun.

“It is really quite simple, which is why it’s so good,” Cohen told The Birmingham Eccentric.
The menu is small. Take a look at it on the Four Story Burger! website.
