Man Fatally Struck By Car In Oakland County: Police
Police said the man was walking along a major road without a crosswalk area when he was fatally struck.
BIRMINGHAM, MI — A 60-year-old man was fatally struck by a car Monday morning in Oakland County, according to police.
The crash happened at 8:30 a.m. Monday on 14 Mile Road near Bates Street in Birmingham, according to police.
The Beverly Hills man was walking south along 14 Mile Road in an area without crosswalks when he was hit by a car turning left onto the road, according to police.

Police did not say if the driver, an 86-year-old Beverly Hills woman, was injured in the crash.
That area was closed as police continue investigating the crash.
