Misplaced door to door ads put in unacceptable places in the front yards.

On this past Wednesday, the people who go around Birmingham sticking ads in plastic bags wherever they please, need some lessons from the ad makers. Hanging them from a knob on my porch or door handle I can accept. Today however, I found one hanging from a several hundred dollar piece of art work in my front yard. If the suppliers can't stop this tasteless act, I will contact City Hall and file an official complaint. Margaret Betts.
