OCHN releases Application to Participate (ATP):

Adult MI:
OCHN is seeking to directly contract with qualified applicants who can provide Outpatient Mental Health Services to Adults with Mental Illness in Oakland County with all qualifying mental health diagnoses. It is expected that selected applicants will provide the following services to persons in Oakland County in a community-based setting (i.e. people’s home, choice of location). For those providers that do not currently offer all the services below, a workplan with a detailed timeline for scaling to offer the full array of outpatient services will be required.

1. Psychiatric Services
2. Case Management Services
3. Therapy Services
4. Nursing Services
5. Intake Assessments
6. Peer Support Services
