Residential Mini fortresses
I can't help still, about wondering why 50 ft. lots are allowing this.
The poor neighbors of these new ‘homes’ and I use the term loosely, get two things, The ’ugly’ side of the high wooden fence, six inches from their property line and the inability to pull up to their side door, with room to open the car door enough to exit their car. I personally wouldn’t want these builders/ people to be my neighbors. Was this not foreseeable by our building code department or whomever? Is it too late to change the codes? Are code changes being considered?
