Snow in Spring?!?

Yes, again.

It's been the snowiest winter that anyone can remember -- second only to the winter of 1881.

So now it's spring.

People are thinking of warm weather, colorful flowers, and family picnics.  We're ready to kick off our boots and run barefoot through the grass, right?

Surprise!
