An eastbound 2013 GMC Acadia was also struck by the pickup, police said.The Dodge came to a rest in a parking lot, and the driver was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. The occupants of the Buick and Acadia had minor injuries which were treated at the scene. Alcohol and speed do not appear to be factors in the incident.The cause of the crash is currently under investigation by the Bloomfield Township Traffic Investigations Unit. Members of the Southwest Oakland County Crash Investigations Team (SOCCIT) assisted with the on-scene investigation.
