Call Out For Breast Cancer Survivors Who Want to Dance For a Cure

The Pink Fund, an organization that financially supports breast cancer patients for 90 days during active treatment, so they can focus on their care, is looking for women in Michigan to participate in their annual fundraising event called Dancing With The Survivors.
This annual nationwide event pairs a breast cancer survivor with a professionally trained dancer from The Fred Astaire Dance Studios. Starting in July, dancers meet on a weekly basis at the Fred Astaire Dance Studios--to learn and perfect a ballroom style dance--they will perform in front of an audience at a fundraising event on October 8 in Detroit. The practices will be held in Bloomfield at Fred Astaire Dance Studio Bloomfield Hills, 2172 Franklin Rd, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302.  Right now, the Pink Fund is looking for survivors to apply to dance and raise money.
